Nevada Cannabis Use and Rules
Nevada cannabis use is legal for both medical and recreational purposes. In 2000, Nevada voters approved medical cannabis use, and in 2016, they legalized recreational use for adults 21 and older. The state has since established a regulated market for cannabis, including dispensaries and consumption lounges.
