Nevada cannabis use is legal for both medical and recreational purposes. In 2000, Nevada voters approved medical cannabis use, and in 2016, they legalized recreational use for adults 21 and older. Customers can purchase up to 2.5 ounces of dried cannabis flower and up to 7,000mg of concentrates.
